How to use the Newtopia Now Event App:
Log In: Visit the Newtopia Now Event App, click “Log in,” and enter the email address you used to register.
Password Setup: If it’s your first time logging in, create a password. If you forgot your password, click “send me a magic link” to reset it.
Homepage Navigation: After logging in, you'll land on the event homepage. Look for black buttons to access exhibitors, agenda, speakers, products, and more.
Get Connected: Click through the attendee or exhibitor list and easily connect and schedule meetings with other professionals. Learn more about Conscious Connections here.
*Please Note: Meeting requests expire after 5 days of inaction - check your event app frequently for meeting requests.
AI Recommendations: Utilize our AI recommendations while you are viewing the attendee list to help you discover connections that make the most sense! The AI technology learns from each participant's profile and usage preference to deliver relevant recommendations to benefit your overall event experience.

Notifications
Make sure your notifications are turned on to receive real time event updates. Get notified when key sessions are about to start, when expo hall events are happening, when happy hours begin, and more!

Conscious Connections
Take advantage of Conscious Connections — A personalized networking opportunity crafted to connect exhibitors and buyers through carefully recommended 1:1 meetings. Easily accessed from the Newtopia Now event app, you can connect with professionals tailored to your business needs, all in one place!
Pro Tip: The more you fill out your profile, utilize the platform, and bookmark companies and events, the better the recommendations become.
Beacon Discovery is Newtopia Now's product discovery platform. Find products tailored to your needs by using extensive filters like categories, private label, distributors, certifications, and see these products in person at Newtopia Now!
- Select the Products by Beacon button in the event app
- Log in or sign up to use Beacon. *Note: be sure to use the same email address you used to register for Newtopia Now.
- Browse through products and click the heart icon to add any products to your favorites list. *Note: products with an "Newtopia Now" label will be at the event
- Head back to the Newtopia Now Event App and select "Floor Plan" and select "Focus on my bookmarked companies" at the bottom. This is the NEW floor plan navigation tool to find the exact booth whose products you favorited! This allows you to see exactly where they are on the show floor and helps you easily navigate to them.

Go shopping, the Newtopia Now way! Uniquely at The Market in the Newtopia Now Expo Hall, buyers can discover and vote for the most innovative products in our immersive retail-style environment. Browse the curated selection of cutting-edge food, beverage, supplement and beauty products and cast your ballot for standout innovations using the event app! Look for the "Retailers Choice" button within the event app when you head over to The Market.
