The childcare policy at Newtopia Now was implemented with the paramount objective of safeguarding the safety and wellbeing of infants, children, and their accompanying parents during our events. We are dedicated to collaborating with parents to uphold the highest standards of safety for all children present at Newtopia Now and any affiliated events.
Important: No strollers or rolling bags are allowed on the expo hall floor. All Child Badges will be distributed at Newtopia Now Registration.
No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.
Anyone 16 years and older must qualify to register as an attendee or exhibitor and will be required to sign a waiver and show business proof (for examples click here).

Childcare is available on-site through our partner, Call Emmy. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out.

Child Badges
If you will not be using childcare and would like your child to attend the event, you will need to register your child online, prior to the event, or onsite at Child Registration. Children 15 years and younger are required to have a Children’s Badge and must be under adult supervision at all times while on the show floor. You will be required to present proof of age (i.e. birth certificate, government/state issued ID/school ID). A liability waiver will need to be completed for each child in attendance at the event.
*Only 1 children’s badge will be issued per registered adult. All Children’s Badges must be picked up at the childcare meeting room. Stay tuned for 2026 child badge pricing.
